Visiting Venice on vacation and my son’s wire came loose - causing a good amount of pain. We went to this Orthodontist and they got him in and fixed up. Very much appreciated.

While on vacation in Venice, my daughter’s wire bent out of place. My Italian is not very good, but when I called, the receptionist was very gracious and we got an appointment later that day. The office was super welcoming. The assistant who greeted us knew English as well as the doctor. She explained everything to us and within a few minutes of my daughter seeing the doctor, everything was fixed! They didn’t even charge us. We were so overjoyed and amazed (as in America, we pay for everything in health care), and they sent us off with a smile. Such a joy to experience. I highly recommend!

I live next to this place and that’s why I wanted to go there for making braces. At the moment I chose among several places nearby, all of them can do free first visit, but in this place you have to pay 100€ just for the consultation at your first visit. I called for an appointment and the lady I spoke to, knowing I am a foreigner and that I do not speak fluent Italian was not very supportive and didn’t give my any suitable appointment. She said they have only one day free of charge: may 4 (no idea why). But I cannot come that day, so she just said there are no other days and I have to pay 100€. That’s very disappointing.

Very good orthodontists in Venice who fit me in on the same day I contacted them after my orthodontic wire broke on holiday in Venice. Very good, kind service and great English!!

Ho avuto modo di conoscere il Dr Bertuzzi e il suo staff per mia figlia di 13 anni. Professionalità gentilezza e chiarezza ai massimi livelli. 5 stelle sarebbero anche poche. Consigliatissimo !!!
