I was abroad on a work & travel stay from Germany and needed urgent treatment for a gum infection. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and uncomplicated, and I got a same-day emergency appointment. The examination was very professional and thorough, with a clear focus on assessing the severity and ruling out serious risks. The doctor speaks English and explained everything clearly. When my symptoms didn’t improve after a few days, I could easily ask follow-up questions via WhatsApp (medication dosage, ongoing pain). The doctor replied quickly—even on the weekend—which was incredibly reassuring while being abroad. The pain eventually subsided, and a final check-up was done for safety. Medication and treatment must be paid privately or via insurance, while follow-up check-ups were provided free of charge. Very friendly, competent, and reliable doctor. Highly recommended.

Thank Dr. Prigiobbo, you have definitely saved my vacation. Night prior I went to a dinner with the my family and friends in one of the restaurants in Quartieri Spagnoli. Before the main course bread is always served, I was super hungry so I had a bite of bread but didn’t realise the bread was a bit hard. I finished my slice and just after realised I chipped my bottom tooth and half of my filling was gone. This was a nightmare pending; my whole vacation (15 days to go) was about to be ruined. I did my research of the dentists around the area in Quartieri Spagnoli, where we also stayed, and came across Dr. Prigiobbo. I went there first thing in the morning, was waiting outside the office as I was eager to get it done but was nervous if I was going to be able to get it done without the initial booking. I buzzed up at the office, Dr. Prigiobbo answered and has called me up to come. I explained the whole situation and he told me what needs to be done. We replaced the old filling completely and smoothed out the chipped tooth. Within 10 minutes the whole procedure was completed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done, plus Dr. Prigiobbo was extremely patient, supportive and helpful with the whole process. Thank you so much for your help.

On vacation from the USA and my son had a wire that needed to be cut as it was poking out and cutting his mouth. I message the doctor late at night (almost midnight) and HE REPLIED! ☺️ We met first thing in the morning and he took care of the problem fast, gentle and efficiently. We were even offered a cup of coffee. 🥰 He was a pleasure to have met and most importantly a savior for my son. Thank you Dr. Prigiobbo!!

While on holiday I needed a filling. Contacted Dr Raffaele on a Saturday not long after arriving in Naples and even on the weekend he was quick to respond and very accommodating. He replaced the filling the following day. Highly recommend if you’re needing a dentist while in Naples.
