I am going there for years already for every small and not that much small needs to keep my teeth in order, and they are always very helpful, honest, courteous, very well organized and transparent on the costs. The facilities are all state-of-the-art, very clean and safe. Plenty of parking around that is also an important factor for many who live in Rome. I believe they also speak English, though I did not have to. Definitely recommend this dentist studio to anyone who may need.

I visited my daughter in Rome and decided to check for implants in her dentist office because she really liked it. Just for disclaimer my dentist in Washington DC is well above average who does not take any insurance. First there was a check up by Dr. Gaia Andreucci. The panoramic X-Ray quality was better than in Washington and price was significantly cheaper even compare with my part after reimbursement from my private insurance. Then it was required cleaning procedure and three fillings were found. I decided to do it because it was my often problem due to position on gum line. I was very pleased with results. Attention to details, modern materials and absolutely invisible. I think even anesthesia shot was working better. Then I came to Dr. Marco Di Lonardo for two implants next to each other. Best implant material, passport and guarantee provided, explanations of everything doing and answering all questions. Most important I was feeling confidence of experience in all his movements. In general it is nice office with modern equipments and materials and very friendly experienced staff. And of course the King of Administration Dario Iandolo who will organize all your appointments, paperwork and payments. He is very friendly and speaks English well. I will be back in three months for the crowns. The bottom line the whole package with crowns is significantly cheaper than just implant after insurance in States and quality I think is better. And you also enjoy Eternal City!

I travel from the UK to see the Dentist, Marco Di Lonardo, who in the past five years has fitted two crowns, repaired a bridge and carried out general dental check-ups for me. I recommend him highly as well as the rest of his team. He is an excellent dentist with a good manner. He has the most up-to-date equipment and his fees are reasonable, in fact cheaper than here in UK making my journeys to Rome worthwhile.

Clean, friendly and very professional; this dental studio charges an honest rate and I very much enjoyed my visit there. Everyone is so nice!!!

After an initial check up I was presented with a proposal for further work: A list of various procedures and a lump sum total cost of €2.500. Given the high amount I asked for a breakdown of the costs for each procedure. They refused to provide this unless I approved the work and paid them the total upfront! Only then would they provide me with a detail of the costs. Question 1: How did they derive the total costs if not by summing up the separate costs for each procedure? Or did they pull the number €2.500 from the sky? Question 2: Why would a business not provide this transparency to their client? This result is unfortunate. I had a very positive first experience with the dental hygienist who did the cleaning and was looking forward to continuing with their services, however this unfriendly and unprofessional response and unwillingness to be transparent with regard to the costs leaves me very suspicious of their pricing policy. So many words to create excuses, but unfortunaly still no transparency on the costs. How is it possible to create a list of necessary procedures and a single price without a breakdown? This would not be acceptable at an auto mechanic, a grocery store, or a hospital or pharmacy. I'm sorry but I cannot accept this.
