Incredible dentist. Very friendly and honest and you can tell he is genuine and kind. He saw my almost 2 year old toddler and was extremely friendly with him, my toddler was very happy in the chair and was not scared at all because of the Dentist and hygienists mannerism. The office itself is brand new and extremely clean and hygienic. I highly recommend to anyone!

STAFF IS GREAT UNTIL YOU GO BACK TO HAVE THEIR WORK FIXED!!!! During my initial exam, Dr.Sadile recommended some fillings to be redone, just because of aging, he said. I also had two silver fillings Sadile recommended to be redone to white fillings because silver fillings are not allowed in Italy because of unhealthy issues they cause in the long run (per Sadile). So I was like awesome lets get it done. Quoted me at 3,860EUROS. offered me 10% off if I paid in full and said they would take care of all of the billing for me to submit and I'd get reimbursed through United Concordia. Well, not realizing United Concordia has a year cap on reimbursements, I went ahead with it. Cap is $1,500 a year,FYI. So I'm stuck with over $2870. I should have done the research before hand. I have now had all of the work completed. I had a filling in the middle of my two front teeth redone. The filling does not match the white of my teeth so i made an appointment to get it done better. Dr.Sadile now states they never did the filling. Thankfully I had my husband with my at the filling appointment. My husband even took a photo of Sadile's computer screen which pictured my teeth once the filling was removed. I showed Sadile the picture, he starts going back and forth in Italian with his other dentist and then begins to tell me they NEVER did that filling. Sadile is trying to tell me he did a different tooth and it was in August. I pull up my bill claim and said no, it was Sept and he still claims they never did the center filling. He then tells me the bill that says its for the side of the tooth in question not center. I told him I've never had a filling there and he said i cant notice it because they did such a good job. So now I have a false claim he filed! I'm in the processes of disbuting this with Tricare Dental. The military base dental is aware of the situation and I am taking actions! I'd advise ALL military dependents to go elsewhere. I cannot and will not recommend Dr.Sadile's office! I feel horrible because the ladies and the other dentist were sweet to me. I am confused as to why he refuses to acknowledge their error. And I also refuse to keep my mouth shut and him do this to someone else. I just want my filling fixed to match the white of my teeth. If he can't get it this white then say so... don't lie.

Both Dr. Sadile and Dr. Fabrizio were wonderful. I had a crown that came off. The procedure to ensure my new crown would not do that was lengthy and done professionally and properly. The equipment in the office is cutting edge. The staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend this Studio Dentistico Sadile.

They accept TRICARE and offer direct billing. I found them to be very professional and friendly. Although I communicated with them in Italian, I also heard the staff speaking English with other patients. There is plenty of parking, and the facility is nice and modern 🤗

I had a great experience with Dr. Sadile and his team they made me feel I have know him for years but it was just my first time there. It was an easy commute from downtown Naples by subway. I know you can’t see my full smile, but I can assure you my teeth are perfect now 😬😬😬
