I have been to this clinic 3 times and always had a very positive experience. Many of the staff members speak english fluently and they really take the time to answer all your questions and attend to your individual needs (especially the very kind blonde receptionist).
It’s worth noting that their services are on the more expensive side. I have very good private insurance with wide coverage, however their bills are still always around 30% higher than the limit of what my insurance will pay for. Something to keep in mind for those with limitations on their insurance.
However, it makes sense that their prices are higher than other clinics because they have a beautiful space in a central location, equipped with all the newest technological devices. their services have a really high level of quality.

I visited on a 3 day trip to Milan and saw Pietro with wisdom tooth pain. They saw me same day and treated the problem by removing the tooth.
I have to say that even though I've had teeth removed in the UK this was painless and relaxed! The cleaning afterwards done by the hygienist/dentist (sorry I missed your name!) was also like nothing I've had before, leaving my teeth the whitest they've ever been (even though I've had whitening before!).
I speak no Italian but the dentists and front desk are very welcoming and speak English, and they answered all my questions even after the treatment.
In terms of treatment and welcoming it was amazing. I will definitely use this dentist when back in Milan due to their amazing quality.

I became a patient of this clinic when I moved to Milan over a year and a half ago. I had a few dental issues to resolve, and choosing AD Care was one of the best decisions I ever made.
It has been a pleasure interacting with such a highly professional team that genuinely cares about their patients' wellbeing.
A big THANK YOU goes to Dr. Pietro De Liberato for his extremely knowledgeable, efficient, yet gentle approach to work. I felt NO pain whatsoever, not even during the initial anesthesia injections, which is something I had never experienced at a dentist before. I am also thankful to Pietro’s assistant Katia for her kindness and emotional support. Two of them form a dream team and their cheerful interactions light up the room making the entire process pleasant for everyone involved!
Dr. Imburgia played a very important role in transforming my smile for the better, and the hygienist Valentino has been kind, patient and meticulous every time – no pain, and my gums are in a great state after the treatments.
Last but not least, I always felt warmly welcomed at AD Care premises. Kudos to Max and Gessica for their availability and support with the administrative side.
I highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of a great dentist in Milan.
