My husband and I have a been patients of this clinic for 2 years and every time I have been there, there is a problem, mostly with she secretaries, either with filing a simple insurance form or over charging me money for my bill or misbooking 3 of my appointments, which they cancelled without any further notice. Made me travel all the way there without even bothering to call me to let me know in advance.
I’m trying to speak to the receptionist (Giorgia, the blonde lady), she just laughs in my face when I’m trying to talk to her and she was also the one who overcharged me. Also the other secretary (Giuseppina or something like that) didn’t contact me to cancel my appointment or helping me with my insurance paperwork correctly.
The doctors are not very professional either, I had a gum infection for 1 month and none of them could diagnose that apart from the head dentist. None of my family will go back there

Thanks to Dr.Bakos, i had a fall & i break 2 frontal teeth i merged them into milk & next day i went to the clinic dr.Bakos glued them up until i return back to my country to fix them
Thank to nurse Lamya who was very helpful with her arabic translation , also thanks to Elham in the front desk who serve with lovely smile

Highly recommend the dental professionals here. Not only did they have general dentists but also orthodontists which was so convenient and opened 6 days a week until 7pm making this dental centre even more convenient and accessible. I required an emergency additionally glue on my retainer which was coming lose. I needed an orthodontist to fix this for me immediately as I have a short stay in Milan and a long trip ahead. I called and they were able to squeeze me in and fixed my retainer. They are also centrally located and easy to find. Thank you so much to the orthodontist who helped me. The only feedback I have is for the payment process to be improved. The wait was over 30 mins for someone to process my payment.

I was on holidays in Milan when I got a terrible pain in the jaw.On good Friday, I showed up to this center without appointment due to a strong pain the night before. The team and specially Elisa did the impossible to fit me in the same morning and she even walked me to the other clinic to ensure I knew where to go. Also, Dr Stefano di Silvestre carried out his checks in a very profesional and emphatic manner.The medical team was outstanding! I would like to thank doctor Di Silvestre and Elisa(Spanish lady) specially. Highly recommended for their kindness and professionalism !
