It was our first visit at Dr. Antonio Rizzas Office. We have been on vacation in Milan and had an emergency with our daughter. Not only was an appointement made possible very quick, we also felt taken care off and supporter very good in this sensitive situation. The whole visit was exceptional and the staff very very friendly. We can highly recommend Dr. Rizza. Thank you very much for your help everybody: Grazie mille!!!

Excellent root canal treatment performed professionally and with care. Highly recommend! Thank you for looking after me so well and so quickly and enabling me to remain on my tour without missing the departure.

At the beginning everything seemed nice and professional, but the first thing that I didn't like was that, I went there for one problem that was bothering me, instead of concentrating on this problem, they checked everything else except of what i was asking, when check up was finish it was me to tell them again the problem I was having, then they finally checked what i was asking for ( almost letting me go without loking at it) After explaining the work what's needs to be done in few sessions and hand me the preview of the bill they started to really push me to pay it all at once (my bill was more then 3k) When I asked if I can make the payment only for the work what they are doing in that exact session, the answer was as it's not really an option and it would be more expensive e.c After few days on the phone call we finally agree that I will pay only for the work they're doing at that exact session (paying before the appointment) what was oke for me, because I never done any work with these people and wasn't sure if I want to throw more then 3k on dentist who didn't really listen to me in the first place. + they tell you to do less problematic things first and leave you suffer in pain for the rest, i guess just so you would be more fast to do rest of the things with them as soon as possible. Pathetic After all this I still decided to try these doctors and went for a first session what was cleaning, fixing and taking out the one wisdom teeth. At first everything seemed good, professional, really nice doctors and asistents, first session went well, at least that's what I thought at that time. Unfortunately I couldn't come back for check up when they asked me to come, and after was the holiday season, so I just told that all is fine and continued the heeling like I was told. After a while the hole of the wisdom teeth wasn't healing as well as planed so I went to another dentis and they found that 3th part of the teeth was still there and that's why it was not closing and still bleeding for so long time, (I want to remind that for this teeth wasn't any ingrown or any problem, it was fully developed) I guess it's useless to say that I will not go back to this place.

Since many years Dr. RIZZA Antonio is my dentist. He is without doubt one of the best professionals I have ever met. He is always up to date with new technologies, but above all, as I am quite afraid of dentists, he is kind, calm and very gentle. I did several treatments, from the normal filling to more complex treatments such as dental reconstruction, root canal treatment, whitening of the teeth etc... I have always been perfectly satisfied and never had any issues afterwards. On top of this, Dr. Rizza speaks perfectly English. Even now that I live in London, I still go only to him for my dental treatments notwithstanding the distance. I can really recommend him! Dr. RIZZA is simply THE BEST!!!!
