Iam more than grateful for today's treatment! For months, I've been experiencing recurring pain and inflammation in the gums around an implant, which has led me to many visits to various dentists (even in Germany) – unfortunately, without a lasting solution. Today, however, I saw Dr. Daniele Cultrera, and it was an absolute relief. He examined my problem very closely, took the time to truly understand the situation, and identified what was wrong within five minutes.
After a months-long odyssey, the problem was gone in 15 minutes.
You rarely experience such competence, calmness, and commitment.I can wholeheartedly recommend this dentist – he won my trust right away!

My boyfriend had a dental emergency and broke his tooth during my first time in Europe. They were able to give us a consult as soon as it happened at 10pm on a Friday and fixed his tooth the next day! We were only in Milan for less than 48 hours and our next stop didn’t have a dentist nearby so it was an absolutely incredible turnaround time. Everyone was so kind and sweet to us, and they were so efficient and so affordable, in the US even with insurance this would have been way more. If you are traveling and there’s an emergency, I couldn’t recommend this place more. I wish I lived here so they could be my dentist office. I truly couldn’t be more thankful!!!

I'd like to personally thank and strongly recommend Dr Eleonora, who is treating and assisting me on my periodontal journey. Due to the treatment and the aftercare, I am now feeling peace of mind and have gained a greater understanding of how to maintain dental health. Dental work is a stressful time for all. I have been treated twice by Dr.Federico Guerri and nurse Emily. My condition was well explained by the dentist and cost details were well given by the nurse. Two sessions were very pleasant and smooth and the end result, my treated front teeth, looks impeccable! As I am myself medical provider I can sincerity congratulate your team for high quality work.

One of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I chipped a molar on a work trip and was having some pain. After calling multiple dentists in Milan, ADEC was able to fit me in for a same day appointment and the kind receptionist clearly explained everything.
On arrival, I was taken back immediately and Dr. Sanesi was super quick to check my X-rays and explain the issue. I ended up needing a filling, which she did with the utmost professionalism and care.
Dentists have always made me quite nervous, but Dr. Sanesi’s bedside manner was warm and instantly put my mind at ease. The whole process was quick, and the filling was meticulous. To my surprise, the total cost including exam + x-ray came to €207 which is cheaper than I would pay for a filling in the US with insurance.
If you need any dental care in Milan, I cannot recommend ADEC highly enough. Thank you to the whole team for a quick, painless, and friendly visit.
